This should be an easy case to solve- get all Yale yearbooks from 1996 to 2002 and see who matches the description. Clearly he's an alumn.

Thank goodness the suspect wasn't in his late 50's to early 60's wearing a Virginia Military Academy sweatshirt. That could have been anyone at that time.
