Male juror dismissed, previously charged with destroying conservative political signs.

This is the kind of judge and jury that we’re dealing with here. A fricking guy that was previously charged with destroying conservative political signs was initially approved to be on the jury.
The only reason he was kicked off was because this was discovered by the defense. I’m actually surprised the judge didn’t allow him to remain.

There are probably many Trump supporters in the NYPD.
Hopefully they are leaking background on the jurors to team Trump.

Are you suggesting that the court (or prosecution) should automatically run a criminal background check on every member of the venire and provide a "rap sheet" for each venireman to all counsel? I am not aware of any jurisdiction that currently does so, though there may be some out there.

The political Show Trial needs to be showy. State media will use this to gaslight Americans with the idea that this proves the trial is uniquely fair and legitimate.

Multiple jurors dismissed because they said they couldn’t be partial… another juror came back and claimed it after going home and was dismissed… another one dismissed because they are a partisan hack…
I think it’s about time to get the ball rolling on a change of venue. Let the hacks deny it (they will) and have a solid basis for appeal.
