Hopefully this attack isn't laid at Ukraine's feet. When I think of the Russian population in general, I think of a group that only passively supports thrir government. Kinda like how our population was in the 90s, when our government was in the middle east. It wasn't until 9/11 that our population started taking an active role. From targeting random citizens who may or may not be middle eastern descent, to enlisting, just for the chance to get revenge. For the most part, we lined up like little lemmings, ingested the gov and msm propaganda, and frothed at the mouth in our hatred for Muslims.
A massive attack on Moscow, where the blame is placed on Ukraine, could make Russian civilians take a more active role in the ongoing war. And unite them akin to how 9/11 united Americans, or even how Russia invading Ukraine united Ukrainians.
