It seems a distinction without a difference. Let’s take this in a light most favorable to your objection. Let’s say 160 are runaways and the “many” are just 3 that were exploited.
I agree with Ed if those three had abuse neglect or exploitation their journey is less important than stopping the exploitation. Three have been charged; two of which with indecent assault.
I think as Ed mentioned; you aren’t going to get the full case against them immediately after arrest. If they were wrongly charged then that is a discussion for a later day

I think you guys need to learn to separate the person from the argument. I'm pretty damn confident that child trafficking is a large problem. That's still not going to make me be okay with an obviously fishy story. I can't speak for the other guy and what he may have said in the past but whatever he said in the past does not negate the reality of what I just said.
