This was thouroughly debunked. After a video was produced proving such, I thought maybe idiots had changed their tune. Guess not.
Seems Democrats still believe black people are too stupid to know how to get to a DMV. And that is exactly what the argument implies.

I don’t know that argument…i know some people are too old/unable to get to the DMV…for some ppl, they didn’t have the money- it’s why the Mississippi law is smart
