exactly what it is. it's amazing how many political figures talk about what isn't. the tao of what's not. reverse scientific method. tell people they can't prove things aren't and not give them a voice to do so instead of proving what is.

just get the populace used to not having a voice against what isn't.

flood your country with barbarians who are dumb enough to believe what they hear or malicious enough to go along with it as a convenient excuse.

throw around words like empathy, charity and dignity so those that possess none of the above or the reasoning to discern can "feel" like they're in the right, mainly because they're moral cowards.
