Looks like you are referring to the current resident of the White House. He and his administration have embarrassed themselves far more in the first 100 days, than Trump and his people did in 4 years.

Pretty sure that Looksquirrel was quoting a comment or the video description but I do agree with you that it sums up all the low IQ horseshite that was pushed by the low IQ MSM for five years and continues to spew about the Trump presidency.

Their total lack of humor was evident to all long before 'meme' was even a known term.
You can go to SNL and find when the transition took place - decades ago, the "water-cooler" discussion at work Monday morning usually had some reference to an SNL skit.
