Certainly, both parties of the divorce proceeding know who the judge will be. If a person caused you so much harm that you still cry about it 40 years later, you tell your lawyer that this judge can not be on your case.
It did not happen. What did happen was that the woman used Moore's 1999 signature on her divorce proceeding to forge his signature on her yearbook.
Look at the words Merry Christmas. Look at how Moore writes his "r" and "m". The Yearbook writing is completely different. It is not close. They yearbook writing is small. Moore writes larger letters.
