Looking for an old video: Bush II being called racist by House members (re: sub-prime)

Does anyone have a link to the old compilation video of Bush 2 being called a racist by various members of the House (Barney Frank and such) back in the early 2000's for trying to limit sub-prime mortgages?
It seems to have "mysteriously disappeared" from Youtube. My Google-fu (and even Bing-fu and DuckDuckGo-fu) have failed me.

Yep. Prior to that there was a great compilation video of House members calling him and his administration racist for daring to even suggest raising limits on sub-prime mortgage by FM/FM.
It was great for throwing back in the faces of liberals who tried to put all the blame for the collapse on Bush.

It was a couple black democrats, and they were grilling freddie mac and fannie mae about not giving 200K home loans to blacks who make 12K a year.
So, freddie and fannie gave out ALL of those shite loans, housing market crashes, and the same black politician is drilling them for giving out the loans to burger king whopper flippers.
I was over at my Fathers house, and we were watching it on fox news(he watches, not I). We caught both meetings, it was so great listening to a man call them racists, then call them out for giving those loans he wanted given out.
It was the art of hypocrisy.

Hell, wasn't there some 503 type organizations running ads during the 2000 campaign that if GW Bush was elected President there'd be more horrific racist crimes like the Jasper dragging and black churches would be burned to the ground?
