That's...a reach.
What really happens here is that HHTM posts something to get a response, and everyone obliges.
To break it down further, HHTM posts a story with the unsaid premise that the cameraman was killed because of Putin. He knows what will happen next. This board, which dislikes HHTM and is defensive as to Putin, provides the requisite knee jerk reaction.
Which leads to people making light of the dead guy for no real reason, even though in other circumstances the same people would go on and on about not living your life as a pussy, etc. They're basically taking HHTM and attaching him to the dead photographer as if the guy's ghost has returned to whine about his own death, when they're really just lashing out at HHTM.

Evangelical Christians, ladies and gentlemen. Which part of the Left Behind series did you get that divine wisdom from?

Alternately, I am fairly indifferent to HHTM except as another board troll and wouldn't waste my time getting worked up about him. I do see the media once again making the entire story about them and it disgusts me. Not to mention it's just another excuse to go to war. If the media had even preteded to do their job in the last five years, we wouldn't be in this situation and I'm not wasting time mourning some complete stranger I never knew in a profession with no respect drumming up a war I don't want.

Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God or are you just super concerned for journalists...excuse me...cameramen?

Of course, there is quite a bit of middle ground between your take and perhaps that promoted by HHTM, along the lines of "Regardless of political motivations or exploitation of the conflict, I think a land war in Europe is interesting and historically significant. As a result it should be documented and photojournalists in war zones are useful for that. It's unfortunate this guy died in the process."
But I recognize that such unemotional takes are not very popular in the age of cable news, SJWs and NWOs.

Ouch, this hurts! Your "gotcha" prowess sucks!

This makes no sense! The only "Behind" at play here is what you are speaking out of!

I guess if you're still hopeful the media might tell you the truth, that's a fair position. I personally like my journalists to shut up and do their job and stop playing the victim.

While I don't think photojournalism is immune from manipulation, I doubt this guy was photoshopping is regularly mischaracterizing his work product.

Bro you're being rather presumptive and simple minded here. Sure, HHTM has trolled most here and is not in the best of standing on the board. The Putin thing is a lot more complicated. I don't think folks here are necessarily defensive of Putin as much as they are spotting other things that are curious and do see some admirable traits in his resistance to things like globalism, which to me is the chief amongst enemies Circa 2022. A lot of barbs being thrown about folks here being Russian apologists and such are simply by-products of a deeper dislike of some of the forces aligned against him and say of our shitty "leaders" like FJB and crew.
By default, some of that might come off the wrong way...as a tacit endorsement of Putin when that's not exactly the case but just again defaults to it when speaking of a greater foe.

Again, for the most part I am not seeing folks making light of his death as much as showing indifference in some cases based off his chosen occupation.

Not really, I just think it's funny to see the muh war on christianity types exemplify why no one takes it seriously anymore. I do respect those with sincere and thoughtful beliefs, which incidentally includes no one here.

Journalist and cameraman enter danger zone beyond Ukraine checkpoint. Cameraman gets killed by fire from Ukraine checkpoint. Russia blamed for death. Crazy town.

Dude, what you're saying is making zero sense and I'm being generous!
Since you seem so keen on Jesus, maybe you should read what he actually said so you don't have to assume...it would "probably" do you some good. Just sayin!
