If they weren't forthcoming with data and were overall uncooperative with the audit, fraud would most likely be my conclusion. I would most likely withdraw from the audit engagement. If they were honest mistakes and a process error, and they were helping in trying to get to the bottom of the issue, I would be much more likely to think it was just that, a mistake.

Huh? These are good valid questions. I just think it's important to note that not one bit of this is even a fraud accusation but the beginning of an investigation. Some of the questions he's asking are pretty big deals like what is the sop for signature verification. That could have major affect on his analysis as the Dr mentioned.

He doesn't know. All he was doing was analyzing the signatures of the ballot envelopes. The ballots themselves were separated from the envelopes. In non-Clown World, that would happen once the signature on the outside of the envelope is matched to the voter registration.

Maricopa’s response doesn’t matter. We have undeniable proof in front of us. What they say should not be listened to.
