because regardless of what this frick says, you can't turn off your personal bias depending on what building you're walking in. It pervades him, just like it pervades you. You would never be able to form an unbiased opinion, just like he can't. Simple psychology. And this goes for Mueller's whole team which is becoming incredibly obvious.
