What is he talking about things going nowhere. That’s what a ceasefire is meant to do. It is designed to keep things from going nowhere so 2 sides can talk lol.
I will give Lindsey partial credit though. He is not wrong about the Paks. Every American in Afghanistan spent 10 years give or take beating the bush looking behind every rock and in every cave for UBL. The whole time he was living in comfort in Pakistan. There is absolutely no way they didn’t know he was there. Would anyone actually be surprised if this story turned out to be true. I sure wouldn’t.

I think his point is that we keep making proposals, and they always come back with the same counter proposal which is unacceptable to us.
We're just wasting our time. Although it pains me to say this, I tend to agree with him in this instance.
