I seem to remember you had a pretty good blast about how he runs a dollar store and that is why he is so vested in cheap Chinese trinkets.

He 100% had some kind of personal stake like that. His angle of being some kind of free market champion was hilarious.

I'm pretty sure he was either a small time metals importer / distributor or a finished durable goods dealer that was subjected to the tariffs and his bad judgement of getting into business with those greasy fricks clouded his judgement worse then Mitch McConnel's sideways pussy handler... I mean wife
