The people who discourage and tell everyone they have no chance are always urban white collar indoorsy pussies who obviously have no chance themselves. It reeks.

It is, but not total infrastructure destruction, like from a natural disaster.
Once they have power which may never go away, internet will work.
Distribution of funds is what will have to be figured out quickly.
