Yes, that Devil Hillary said that. They didn’t cheat enough for her to win then, they made damn sure the second time around. Yes besides stuffed ballots and all the random water breaks that forced the dems to stop counting, there was also Foreign interference which will come out eventually. Everyone including Republicans that were in on it got the biggest pay day of their lives. Oh and they are getting that extra from all the “relief money” being sent to Ukraine, the “laundromat”.

I don't see how any of that is a revelation. Of course Trump was going to declare victory before the counting stops, just like all presidential candidates do
