I've mentioned numerous times on this board and others that I've been doing IT support for a couple of decades (and, before you try to position that as a gotcha, the decade and a half I referred to earlier is only with my current employer an I've only been involved with software inventorying and management during that period).
You won't even name a single field you've allegedly worked in.
