There's probably a lot of truth in that. The incessant meddling of progressives and liberals in the affairs of black men for generations and their exploitation by their own "leaders" as an issue warranting legislation, money, and special privilege has destroyed black families replacing responsible, hard working fathers with a government check making them unnecessary and stealing from them their God given right as men to father children, provide for them, and raise them to be responsible citizens.
