He was declared legally sane.

Never understood this insane vs sane concept for trials. Yes Manson was insane. Yes this woman was insane. Sane people do not murder other people. Never understood why we even have to argue over if a person that commits murder has mental problems. duh of course they do. I present the evidence that they killed someone to establish they have a severe mental problems. Now. Go to jail, go directly to jail Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200 dollars.

It's probably not unreasonable to assume one could possibly lead to the other.

It's not exactly an either-or thing.

There is a difference between murder and justified homicide.

Hung jury would be a bigly win for the prosecution IMO considering they put on such a crap case.

They can fill the gaps for the next trial (which I'm against for the record).

Dawn posted bond?

Oughta be remanded until the trial is complete. And banned from a mile radius of the future trial cuz this jury is deadlocked.

This is the third time I heard Dawn fell into her son's burial plot in 2017. It may be true?

Hahaha right on.

Is it just me, or does it seem like they're steering this more and more towards mistrial?

If deemed insane, they are put in asylums, not prison. That's the short of it.
In asylums, their chances of getting out are better.
It also creates an excuse for their later crimes. "Oh, I'm not responsible for killing somebody else, I'm legally insane".
