Real estate, shipping, oil & gas, entertainment, tourism, etc.
Just remember this…. A lot of wetlands and swamp that most people think are worthless, provide 10’s of thousands of dollars a month in passive income from leasing to oyster & shrimp harvesting companies and oil and gas companies.
