There are 893.4MM acres of farmland in the US. Per the infographic in the OP, Bill Gates owns 242k acres of farmland. That means he controls 0.027% of US farmland. Not sure that's enough to "take over our food supply".

No but my brother used to rent farm land that he owns in NELA. One of his favorite landlords. The manager for Gates company never once said no to any of the improvements (i.e. cleaning out ditches or replacing an old center pivot). Definitely nothing nefarious about it. Just investment diversification.

Like I just said. My brother used to farm part of that and the hunting rights were included in the lease. I killed a nice 8 point on Gates's land while my brother had the lease.
