So Zerohedge is reporting that Flynn is prepared to testify against Trump that, as a candidate, he directly ordered him to contact Russia.
I guess the devil will be in the details as to how serious this is.

Sorry, no link. It was on Fox, I think the Daily Briefing with Dana Perino or possibly on Shep Smith. The reporter was John Roberts or Catherine Herritage sp? I can't remember which one as they've both been reporting on it with sources.

Let's say Trump told Flynn to call his Russia contacts to have them interfere with the election. 1st, why would Trump fire Flynn that has that much dirt on him? 2nd, why wouldn't he just pardon Flynn and cease that arm of the investigation?
As for taking a plea deal, it likely was to protect his son from charges.

He specifically mentioned constitutional crisis on Shep's show. I don't know why he is going there b/c earlier on Outnumbered I don't believe he mentioned it. Countless other law professionals have said it isn't illegal.

If you will recall McFarland was fired pretty early on as well. Makes you wonder if Trump wanted to purge any questionable "Russian" people from his admin. He figured they might be troublesome.
