OOPS: per Fox John Robert's reports.
What this means I have no clue. Just reporting it. Likely Trump would know about this but according to the clip they keep playing of Trump at that press conference way back at the beginning of the year, Trump said he didn't direct Flynn BUT that he would have directed him if Flynn wasn't doing it b/c it was his job. Seems like the crime here is the lying, not the contact with Russia (per reports).

Fox news reports that Flynn talked to KT Mcfarland about his call with the Russian ambassador about the US sanctions on Russia.
NBC news reports that Flynn talked to Kushner about his call with the Russian ambassador about the UN Vote that was about to take place.

Don't know if Kushner was involved. But does it really matter? Is all of this illegal......to call Russians? Unless that is illegal then what does it matter? Like I posted above, Trump said he would have directed Flynn to do it if he wasn't already doing it.

This appears to be inaccurate. The report I saw was the Kushner made a blanket statement about "getting everyone on the phone" it didn't reference Russians. Once again, even if he did say, "call the Russians" that isn't a criminal act.
