The 23-year-old was sentenced to 46 months behind bars in 2019 for allegedly falsifying documents when purchasing a firearm, which also came with a three-year supervised release clause. His attorneys explained the jail sentence for the exact same crime is typically around 18 months and think he should be labeled a level two criminal instead of level four.

Community ownership is key in improving parts of the black community. Community owned businesses give kids aspirations. It gives members of the community ownership in their success. It gives them pride and purpose.

This is why section 8 and other forms of government subsidizes housing should be abolished. Nothing has destroyed inner cities like section 8. There should be huge tax advantages to owning your home, incentivize home ownership, not rental from a slumlord.
