do you think you're actually accomplishing anything with these posts? no one is buying your shtick. why do you bother making these gdp posts? you don't bring anything of substance and are perhaps the most reviled poster on the board, tied with toddy and ibfreeman. they instantly turn into a bash 90proof session because of your stupidity. you're the economic version of a climate change alarmist

and i'll do it again for you here!

you wouldn't recognize "substance" if you were literally choking on it

Internal research division just dropped a 1.8 estimate on me, so my 2.4 may be optimistic

not really, a bunch of forecasting houses upped projections to above 2 in the last day or so. goldman and moodys wound up at 2.6 and 2.7 iirc

2.4 could certainly happen

I was going to but I made a personal choice years ago to not talk out of my arse about shite I had no clue about.

Maybe give it a whirl, you can always go back to the old way if it’s not your thing.

well now that you see that those throwing numbers out routinely miss, maybe you won't be hesitant to do so yourself in the future, and more importantly, won't hesitate to lay out your rationale

I really don’t know enough about the economy to predict economic numbers. And apparently you don’t either despite your attempts to belittle other posters here and your attempts to sell yourself as the board’s economic guru.
