I think there is a better way to word this but yes, I agree. I turned it off. I’m ready to be able to watch ESPN again without being force fed political narratives.

Thats why I said. Just get used to it now. No more gameday, no more all day football saturdays. I will still surely be checking in, but i cant do the social issues/racism/covid talk for a full day.

You should be done with all BLM bs too.

It is an intellectually dishonest ideology.

There is no better country in the world, for blacks, than the USA. (Thug POS, that’s a different story)

Herbie is drunk and the crying is his excuse this week for those glassy eyes

Consistently amazed at people not being able to differentiate these two...
Its not blacks..... its criminals and those who have zero respect for law that need to be worried.
All this shite is only making it worse than it was as far as unity.

Obviously not what all this is about. Its about making white peoples accountable for everything that is wrong with the black community. Why else would so much support be shown for criminals as opposed to children being caught in gang crossfire

Agreed. This dude is as lily white as can be, sends his kids to the most expensive private school in Nashville, lives in an all white neighborhood, has been a vocal Trump supporter, etc. GTFO with this fake crying over BLM.

Blatant pandering. To preserve his job, he feels he needs to debase himself on national TV and kowtow to the prevailing ideology of the moment. Does no one possess any pride, dignity, or moderation? It is possible to express opinions of sympathy without becoming a lachrymose charlatan. The intersection of politics and sports has become tiresome.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a middle class white dude.

I don't think black oppression is as bad as some think, but I think there's definitely some there - to what actual degree, I don't know.

But whether you think black oppression is a real thing or not, thinking that it's a political issue shows just how ignorant and naive you are.

The only people Guilty of oppression of blacks, are thugs shooting up their neighborhoods, pumping them full of drugs and death.

If you’re black in America, there is so much affirmative action and PC bullshite protecting you, that it’s easy livin’.

Even if you look at unarmed blacks killed by cops (topic de jure) more unarmed whites are killed (per interaction with cops) than blacks. Cops are scared of shooting blacks. Why? Because of riots

If you want to see black oppression, rack the tapes from the 50's and 60's. It don't exist today.

You think BLM is going to stop people from being criminals

The whole BLM thing is about being able to commit crimes, resist arrest, assault officers, and not getting shot no matter what you do to the arresting officers. Even to the point of being able to fire off a few rounds at them, and not having to deal with return fire. Is that too much to ask?
