WTF does this mean to idiots like you? They have BEEN at war! Fighting back is not an "escslation". Russia has been at full war demolishing parts of Ukraine.
This is part of war, not escalation!

I have to admit, you are hardcore Z. How is the weather in Moscow?
It is beautiful here on the outskirts of Saint Petersburg. A little chilly though.

I’m not the one panicking. I’ve come to peace with this being a potential. The fact that this still hasn’t crossed your mind as a major possibility, it’s simply astounding.
Oh I definitely believe there is some potential for a tac nuke being used by Putin. But we can’t let him be able to use the nuke threat effectively to gain concessions. He will just keep doing it and will embolden other nut jobs like “Rocket Man”.
Is Ukraine worth global nuclear war to us? Of course not, but I think the better question is does Putin think it’s worth it?
Look at it from Putin’s perspective. Thats the secret of negotiations.

You’re this shite faced on war right now especially drunkenly not being able to spell escalation and you put it in quotation marks for emphasis. Thank you.

Until he invades a NATO state, it’s not our fricking problem.

Zelensky has miscalculated, badly, because none of the internationalist players involved in propping up Kiev actually care about Ukraine. If they truly did care about Ukraine, they would seek a cessation to hostilities. Instead, the direct opposite is happening, and Ukraine has become the new gold mine for the military industrial cartel.
There is no one offering to even speak of diplomacy. Until that changes, it will continue to get worse for people of The Ukraine.

I keep seeing this parroted and yet Zelensky and Ukraine still survive.

Russia leaves Ukraine and promises to honor the sovereign decision-making and international agreements of Ukraine.
The 2 eastern provinces get federal statuses with slightly more autonomy in symbolic policies like official languages of the region.
Russia removes itself from Crimea.
That would end the conflict.

It’s not going to happen SFP. You think you’re dealing with an Iraq here. No, you are dealing with Russia. They’re not going to play that way.

Seriously, there’s no way this is going to happen.

Correct. The Ukrainians or us did this. It’s an escalation and the war thread is finally starting to realize what they’ve been advocating for for 7 months.
Are you mentally disabled? You’re calling this an escalation when Russia has been bombing hospitals, civilian infrastructure, etc., as well as, creating torture centers and mass graves in occupied territories. You’re about as foolish as anyone I’ve read on this board.

What do you think Russia is going to do about this? Sure it’s retaliation, but it’s also escalation. Multiple people in the war thread have acknowledged this.
And if you don’t think the Ukrainians have been torturing and mass murdering Russian soldiers, you’ve just fallen for the propaganda hook, line, and sinker. This isn’t nearly as cut and dry as you think.

Then Russia doesn't want a diplomatic solution.

I agree. They negotiate in bad faith and always have to "win" in any dealing. That's why the modern world has left them behind and why they're devolving into a third world shithole chaos agent.

That depends entirely on whether or not Russia can mount a real response post-winter. They are getting the shite kicked out of them currently and wont' be able to dictate terms if this is all they can do.

You only present him with one diplomatic solution and it’s unconditional surrender. You really think he’s going to give up Crimea? The nukes will fly before Putin allows that to happen. I’ll settle for giving Putin the Donbas, but that’s a “frick no” from people like you.

Russia has the grain and the fuel to last through winter. Ukraine and Europe do not. You’re already thinking another six months out when now winter is here. The game is changing in real time. Time to look in the more immediate.

No more an escalation than when Ukraine hit the rail yard in Belgorod, or when the Moskva was sunk. It’s a supply line for the Russian military. It may have sentimental value to the Russians, but it’s a target that impedes Russia in their invasion efforts, like other supply lines.

Do you even read what you’re writing? Of course Ukraine is killing, and possibly torturing, Russian soldiers that are INVADING THEIR frickING COUNTRY. Has your brain just completely been turned into silly puddy by the past six years? What sort of news sources have you been snorting?

Who, exactly is he supposed to negotiate with? There are no diplomatic channels available, that I know of.

There are plenty of intermediaries that would serve that purpose.
