SDVTiger and the rest of his ilk actually love Lindsey Graham and his type, despite their protestations. They have to feign opposition to maintain some MAGA credibility, but there is zero difference in ideology when it comes to foreign policy. It's crazy that they claim to hate Miss Lindsey when their cult leader not only endorsed him but literally called his opposition dangerous.

The governor would have to call them back for a special session.
During a special session, a simple majority vote would work.
They know this, and that's why it was done this way, IMO. McMaster will have to be pushed to call them back, too, he's no better. We can't get rid of him fast enough.

On the Freedom Index the 5 that voted against redistricting, their scores are (out of 100):
Massey (our Senate majority leader)=35 (our Speaker of the House also has a 35)
Campsen=32
Bennett=29
Davis=29
Hembree=27
We even have 1 republican whos at 13%, below many dems.
Absolutely embarrassing, and I think many are dems that ran as Republicans.
