Who says he has ANYTHING? What docs?
They could have brought empty boxes out, they could have brought boxes of our precious, beautiful First Ladies clothes out the house & later planted documents in there.
Don’t tell Me your dumb enough to believe the narrative they’ve painted?
The same people printing money and sending it everywhere but here & you BELIEVE them?
Some of you people are brain dead!

The law is not clear. The President is the ultimate authority on classification he can simply say “declassified” and they are. Also, if you believe Trump boxed up documents and took them to Florida you’re an idiot. The Office of General Services box the documents up and shipped them.
On the “can make it illegal for Trump to hold office.” No it can’t, maybe for other federal offices but the Constitution clearly lays out the qualifications for President superseding any federal law.
Lastly, this didn’t have shite to do with those documents. This had to do with a hope that during the search they would find another incriminating document.

This is Russia-gate v.4. Nothing more.
The Constitution and the SC is clear on this. No congressional act or BS prosecution supersedes the constitutional requirements for being a presidential candidate.

quote:No.
Why? Because I pointed out something you don’t want to hear?
Because your OP title is ignorant. Clear?
That was pointed out repeatedly. Instead of changing the title, you're attempting to imply plaintiffs getting their nuts kicked in at SCOTUS equates to "docs can make it illegal for Trump to hold office".
"Keeping docs can make it illegal for Trump to hold office" is a false premise. Either you know that, and are a scumbag troll, or you are mentally challenged.
