Flake, Collins and Murkowski, how many, if any, are a No vote at this point? I'd like to think Corker is an absolute Yes. What say the PB?

I think McConnell's speech today signifies he has the votes.

The women will vote yes. Flake doesn’t matter. Pence breaks a tie.

If McCaskill, Manchin, Heitkamp, Tester, or Donnelly had any political courage at all, they’d do themselves a massive favor by voting yes. McCaskill is already a no, but she’s getting a new job in January either way. Manchin and Tester are likely safe too because the voters in MT and WV are idiots.

But Heitkamp and Tester may lose reelection if they toe their party line.

Does Flake really want to go out as a blaze of glory pariah to his own party? To what end?

Surely Flake and Collins will vote yes.

McCaskle is probably a no and when the heck is Alaska going to vote that bitch out?

I think Manchin being ahead in polls is good for him to vote yes. Him voting no could cause a big swing.

regardless of what these individuals think about Donald Trump, not voting to confirm Kavanaugh would be an injustice to Kavanaugh and his family, solely based on the flimsy stories that have surfaced AFTER the hearings were concluded.

Flake is 50/50, but we dont need his vote if we have Pence

This. The Dems have overplayed their hand with women and have cheapened actual sexual assault through the #metoo movement, with this current Kavanaugh mess being more of the same. Murkowski, Collins and Snowe will not receive any grief in their home states for voting "yea" after this clown show plays out.

Females of the poliboard-feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I like Brett Humes outlook on this:

If any Rs break and vote no then the red state Dems will use that as justification for a No vote.
If Rs are lockstep and Kav is a shoe in don’t be surprised to see some red state Dems vote Yes just help their re-election bid.

I personally don’t see any Dems voting Yes regardless.
