They don’t actually market it for abortion. And it’s much more expensive for the treatment that it’s indicated for (Cushing’s) than the “abortion pill” is.

It almost certainly is. But this isn’t really related.
The company she works for markets the drug exclusively for Cushing’s. It’s very expensive. IOW, the drug from Corcept isn’t likely to be used as an abortion pill.
