The email is from Elon. Specifically because he has locked OPM out of access to their computers. They dont have access to send out any mass email
Plus Elon has been all over the place taking credit for sending out this email

Kash does not understand that the email is to help DOGE find out the number of ghost employees on the payroll. I imagine there are a ton of ghosts on the fbi payroll.

Like I said in the other thread. These HR@opm emails are coming unencrypted, no markings or anything.
There’s absolutely no way I can send a meaningful response to an email with no encryption certificate about my time last week. All of which was spent in a SCIF.
