The pendulum will swing back one day, but no day soon. It's still swinging back to the right. As far as galvanizing the left.... the progressive folks are beyond reaching. Republicans can reach folks in the middle, but theres no reconciling progressives and the right. They fundamentally oppose one another.

He said there are actions that can be taken. That can be everything from fines to license revocation. But he didn't specifically threaten to pull their license. That is made up.

Kimmel is all of the terrible things already mentioned. That said, He was going to be canned no matter what. Let's not celebrate the symbolic firing of a dead man walking. We don't need victories like that. I wish he was forced to continue his show, but read actual, truthful news/jokes. Instead, we look weak for celebrating someone who was already nearly powerless.
