The Marxist administration advertises and encourages this mass illegal migration. They already fund it with taxpayer money to 246 NGOs to funnel them to America. It's a complex migration system of migration channels set up by America through the downloadable app called CBPOne as well as buses, flights, etc.
It's hilarious the grift they are running. So now they need to spend another 5.2Billion to find out that they themselves are causing this.
