Here is what "open borders" means:
An agreement is in place between two states that allows people to cross freely between them.
All border checkpoints - those run by the US and by Mexico - are removed. All border patrol agents are removed.
It would be like driving from LA to MS. Once you cross from LA to MS, you are now subject to the laws of that state, however, you don't need any special permission or any permission at all to cross. You just do.
I don't support the concept between the US and Mexico, but a true open border is a better idea than just decriminalizing being here illegally.
All that does, is just cause extra headaches for those who want to follow the law, with no punishment for those who don't.

So if Trump were to flip 1/4 of Gary Johnson and Evan McMillin voters he wins Minnesota. Plus, the Dem candidate will have to match the vote total of "the first woman president."

plenty dems love open borders and love it because they know BP cannot catch them all and they have proven to do nothing and not want to enforce BP any better. shite puto beto said he wanted to TEAR DOWN BORDER WALLS!
