That’s not really what “sitting” refers to there, Chief

They call it sitting, not "lying", "lounging" or "covelescing" for a reason.

And you have me confused with John Roberts.

My question is: behind the scenes, have dems tried to negotiate a retirement in exchange for a more centrist nomination from Trump? That'd be some fun game theory!

i can't guarantee it, but i'm sure Trump would listen

and the people would riot and burn down the DEM party

I mean do they have the same sick leave policies of all Federal employees, which means paid sick leave, that accumulates over time if not used, it is always there, unless it is used.

Cool. They can have that.

But we are more concerned that court decisions are coming from Bernie’s beach house.

Is there any way to know that it’s really her? Pay her all the sick leave she wants. But roll her in the courting to make her rulings.

That's a very legitimate concern. She should at least appear/participate via closed circuit television. This isn't 1965.

I think Roberts will start asking her to consider retirement if she has another problem this year.
