That s not how it works, 99% of the time the USSC is not going to jump ahead of the Federal Courts. It has to be an Emergency, this was a State Court, so that is just that much more of a reason the SC will wait on the Feds to hear the case, if a Fed court had ruled against the Mizzou A.G. then the SC may have stepped in.
So, its not about Kav. Also, they run this by the other 8, if this was an egregious case they mat have (at least 5 more) have gave hm advise to take the case on, but if 7 say, NOPE, its a State Issue until a Fed Court gets involved, FO NOT TAKE THIS UP, then he will never take it up. So, its not Kav. per se anyway, and he did the right thing, let a Fed Court hear it first.

Does it lol, so why did NY do it in 2022?
What about the BS Census where the Libs stole 7-9 seats and admit it? What about Calf. where there are 42% Rs but the Dens have a 45 seat edge or like 48-9 with another 5 seats to change, or what about New England where every seat is a Dem? And the South were screwed by BS courts for years having to have Back Seats.

It was the SoS that sat on the referendum petition for months that has thrown this into chaos. The MOSC only got involved once he refused to certify the results and was sued.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals denies a request to block Judge Stephen Clark’s temporary restraining order, placing the 2025 Missouri map in use for November at the moment, pending a further appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
