When the judge asks them again if they haven't gone on their phones. Were their phones relinquished? Are they sequestered? If not let's get real they go on the internet...

Lawyer question....Clancy can be sent to a mental institute for life with some parole? Be sentenced to prison for life? Found not guilty and released? Correct?
Do prisons have medical facilities for those in wheelchairs?

I had not been following the case at all, but, when I learned from a post here on TD last Thursday or so that the Jury was 9 women and 3 men, I immediately formed the amateur opinion that this was going to be a Hung Jury and that it will be up to the State to send Clancy to a Re-trial.

Knew from RN studies how many pills to NOT swallow, used a butcher knife to create superficial cuts that weren't bleeding on her wrists and neck, cut the wrong way, thought she would break a leg from tthe jump not her spine.
She HADN'T slept in over 48 hours. Whoopie flip all mother's have insomnia.
If she had PPD with an 8 month old baby tell someone. PPD is likely to be 3 weeks after birth

Just saw this dumb-assed reporter state that this case screams of how we should take mental health seriously. Funny, the left-wing hack jobs don't mention mental health concerns when they discuss trans-people.
