If you're being serious, I'd start with a legitimate grappling art, like BJJ, wrestling, etc. If you get really good at one of those it will allow you to dominate most human beings in a 1v1 fight.

It's useless against anyone who actually knows how to fight. For instance, they'd be strangled w/in a minute against a BJJ player, have their legs destroyed w/in a minute against a Muay Thai fighter, get ground and pounded against a wrestler...
