OK, for the trillionth time: as SoS, she had to be "read on." People who go through that process are educated about the types of materials that COULD BE classified.

Further, they are instructed that when in doubt treat it as classified.

The fact that she sent what she should have known was classified material to someone who did not have the security clearance to view it IS A CRIME. She CANNOT plead ignorance.
