That's not what they claimed. I just read the article. They claimed, and it was confirmed by the Illinois Registrar, that in many counties there were more votes cast than eligible voters.

What are you talking about? He got 63 million votes. The population of the US is 323 million. So that is 19.5%, even if you are including toddlers. Or were you also including all of the illegals?
