So, in other words, they are just going to delay the throwing out of multiple ballots by a number of months? Because this will not hold up in higher courts.

So, as far as the Presidential election is concerned,
if the law passed by Congress sets the date of the election,
wouldn't counting votes received after that date violate the law?
