Should Judge Cannon recuse herself from presiding over the classified document case? She was directly appointed by Trump for the position. I don't think she should but I think an argument could easily be made about potential bias, even if just the appearance since she only has that position because of the defendant.
ETA: a more comparable example might be Clarence Thomas. Should he recuse himself from any case that his wife, a political operative, has ever publicly expressed an opinion on?
