To ensure quick compliance they can return by go fast boat. Their belongings can be put in barrels to keep them dry.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the odds are ZERO that he thinks this is overreach.

The entire Uniparty is watching everything they do, dissecting every EO and move they make. Any “I” not dotted or “T” not crossed and they will jump in and slap it down.

They try this anyway, even when everything is spot on and in compliance with the Constitution, because of the network of activist judges assigned one job- slap down anything he does.

That’s why all the activist judges’ rulings get overturned on appeal or at SCOTUS.

They’re just using a different kind of lawfare to slow down his agenda.

How long is the Trump administration going to allow these rogue judges to impede federal law enforcement? Invoke the insurrection act and be done with it.

Alt Ed is correct-

insurrection
/in"s?-rek'sh?n/

noun
The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.

A rising against civil or political authority, or the established government; open and active opposition to the execution of law in a city or state.

A rising in mass to oppose an enemy.

Unlike the Left, the Trump Administration HAS to do everything by the book. There can be no mistakes or a Uniparty lawyer can undo what this Administration is building

This is something a lot of people don't understand. Our side cannot cheat or he will be impeached and it's donezo. Even Republicans would be on board with this as they don't like him either. Any legitimate chance trump gives them to attack, they will. Immediately.

Everything must be in accordance with the law.

Yes, Placekicker, you were able to find the dictionary definition of "insurrection." Good boy. Have a cookie.

But a judge issuing rulings that you do not like ... does not REMOTELY fall within that definition, and thus does NOT constitute an "insurrection." HTH.

Only took you six hours to come up with that one. Strong work!

The judges making these rulings are out of their jurisdiction. Not to mention, their rulings have no basis in the law, only how they FEEL about the situation. SCOTUS has already ruled on this judicial overreach. Yet, they persist. This is but one part of the Deep State staging an insurrection against a sitting President. How many judges did Schumer say they appointed in Biden’s last days? 235?

Judges are supposed to interpret the law impartially and unbiasedly, subsequently upholding the Constitution. Once you fail to do that, you should be removed from your seat.

Court/ the Law has no place for "activism" which inherently breeds and invites personal bias/emotion. It no longer can even remotely be seen as impartial.
