And it’ll be overturned in 48 hours like the rest of them

That damn pesky constitution keeps getting in the way.

ICE should drop him off at the judge's house and post agents around the house to make sure he stays there.

Judges control immigration decisions now too?

That a pesky constitution doesn’t make federal judges some sort of quasi-emperor who can overrule the other branches by edict just because they don’t like the politics of what they’re doing.

I'm not comfortable with booting someone out of the country for speech
I agree. But,
1. This is most likely about more than mere speech, and
2. When it comes to national security the President must have very broad authority over the removal of non-citizens.

Fire up the anal probing for the judge.
Bondi, where you at?

It is about promoting genocide. That is not mere speech.

Not sure how a fed judge has jurisdiction
It is a Habeas petition.

What are the national security concerns implicated here?

Said to a friend watch a judge step in and bam impeach him and every frickin republican vote for it and he’s of the bench that will send a message

Isn't tge allegation that this guy is pro-Hamas? That organizatuon is recognized by the USA as a terrorist organization. Terrorism directly implicates national security.

This guy was a Sleepy Joe administration that planted this clown to pass him off a legit student on campus. Now the Dems will shout MAGA Gov't sending in the brown shirts. Impeach the Nazi.

She is here on a student visa
Why are they saying it's a green card and not a student visa? That's pretty damned easy to find out. If it's a student visa, it's been revoked, send her out on the next flight out of town and dare the judge to do something. The judge has no power there.

Then what's the point of immigration courts?

What does that mean here? He stood on a college campus and yelled his support for Hamas? Did he offer them material support to bring anything into a criminal context?
