His days are numbered as a Dem, It's just a matter of a matter time before they throw him to the curb, like they do others who disagree with the narrative, Question is will he have enough self awareness to get out before they run him off

It is crazy to think that this guy has become the voice of reason for the Democrats. At a minimum he has the self awareness to know that this is going to blowback hard on them. I think that he realizes that the Dems need to be in damage control for the midterms already and he is one of the only few that can see it. If the election were held today, it would be a red tidal wave.

IDK the answer to that. The democrat party is a big tent like the Republicans. You have a wide spectrum of beliefs in there. My guess is that most of them are reasonable but are sloppy sentimental thinkers. But the agenda is controlled by the ones who are most committed, and those are the far left wokesters, globalists and commies.
ETA: And now you can include radical trannies in there.
