Also, the FBI, during Biden's Presidency, never made any arrests of the Top 10 FBI's Most Wanted criminals in this country.
In the span of a few months, under Trump and Kash, the FBI has caught them all. No news coverage of that. Almost like they don't want anyone to know.

What Clinesmith did was actually fraud though, and it was nothing like what is in the memo. He literally edited evidence that was submitted to the court, which is an objective case of fraud where we're not revealing an opinion or subjectivity

The point, as usual, is over your head. His example is one of actual fraud and he was prosecuted for it. Specifically lying to the fisa court, which is what I responded to specifically.
There's no such direct evidence of an objective fraud by Obama and company and their actions are shielded in subjectivity and opinion. What Clinesmith did was objective fraud because he actually edited evidence that he submitted to the court. You can't use opinion to get out of that one.
They should illustrate the difference in the two cases and why one was easy, despite what I imagine you're arguing is a light sentence, and why the prosecution against Obama and his executive agents will not be as easy. It really can't be made more simple for you
