By contrast, Rand Paul is at the bottom of the list @ 69% of the time.

17th Amendment should be repealed.
Senators can be recalled - the myth that it can't be done is not based on any actual court decisions. This has not faced a direct challenge.
I don't understand why Lindsey Graham and people like Cornyn are not recalled and this myth challenged directly in court.
Elections belong to the state, the senator represents the state - it is illogical to assert the state cannot bring you back from DC if you're a loser.
