I know for a fact you have zero clue which section of code you think was violated. I also know for a fact you have never read the elements and don't realize your claim is moronic. However, in an attempt to give you the benefit of the doubt I simply asked you to start at step 1 and give me the citation.
You can't. Sad.
You and I have discussed the exact section of the code before in the context of what constitutes "something of value" which is required of the statute.
You're just asking again so you can make assine comments like "let me explain to you how the law works."
If your want to have a rational exchange without all your extraneous disparaging crap, let me know.
If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd still be a lawyer, instead of what you do now.

Cite the code, arse munch.

So letting the incumbent party utilize the federal law enforcement agency to spy on the political opponent is great for the democracy.
Thanks Mr Brennan, you are special kind of stupid.

(B) a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party; or
(C) an expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title); or

Thank you.
Now was that really so hard?

So what you're saying is that sHitlary committed ANOTHER felony when she accepted an in-kind contribution from this Russian woman when the Russian woman conspired with Loretta Lynch and Fusion GPS in a failed attempt to set up the Trump campaign.
Interesting.
Of course, since the Trump campaign did not solicit or accept a damn thing from anyone involved in this attempted frame job, only a complete f*cking idiot would suggest that the Trump campaign violated this law.

How damaged will the political process be if in fact we do discover a sitting president deliberately with the knowledge of our intelligence community attempted to corrupt an election
The process is already damaged. Exposing all the corruption is the only way to fix it when the public outrage overwhelms the leftist corruption of the media.

Ok. SEE that wasnt so difficult, arse munch. Now show the evidence that Trump violated that law with INTENT.

Then it is strange that you would say Trump's people could be indicted. If we have already discussed this, you would know that the only time information was considered something of value (for purposes of the code section) was when it was information that is usually sold in the ordinary course of business of the person sharing the information. (In the singular case it was polling data)
If we have previously discussed this you would see that the case law does not suppport that the actions of Trumps people satisfy the requirements of the code Section.
So....you either forgot the conversation, you lied about the conversation, or you didn't understand the conversation. My guess is the latter.

Nah. I'll stay to watch you cry.

He won't cry. He will genuinely think he made some sort of point.
I have given specific citations. I have showed him that his interpretation would require an interpretation of the law that has literally never preciously occurred. He doesn't understand it.
