I think Judge Nap lost his mind when he lost the weight.
As I said in a similar thread, recently Joe DiGenova has often been wrong in his predictions and legal calls. This is not one of those instances. Napolitano's legal impression was completely baseless. He was a fool.

It is a pretty well known "secret" that Napolitano is a Sodomite and rumored pedophile. It is my impression that this is why he turned against POTUS, because Trump outed him to his face
